As a true Floridian, I love helping families plant roots here in Venice. I pair a master’s from the University of Florida and a finance background with hands-on, concierge-level marketing—think cinematic listing video, targeted digital ads with daily performance reports, and open houses that make an impression (when appropriate).

I’m a Certified Waterfront Specialist and an eXp Certified Mentor, which means I know coastal and canal-front living—and I also coach newer agents on delivering a high standard of service.
